The junior suite was small, definitely not worth the price, and don't even get me started on the pool-tiny and not inviting! As a guest who expected a complimentary welcome drink, imagine my ashame to not even receive that. I almost considered leaving a good review, but the pain of staying here was just too much.

beautiful complex. Very nice rooms, newly renovated and with own kitchen and terrace. Pool area large and with comfortable sun beds. friendly, attentive staff.
Breakfast was a little slow. On days when there were more guests, a little more was offered. But the most important thing was there and on the quieter days you could order a fresh omelette. The rooms were a bit too bright for me, but thanks to the low season it was not really a problem

Appetising meals, overall everything was well-maintained.
Superior queen studio for provisions was the best. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators, greatly enjoyed it.

Recommend it for couples seeking a cozy retreat
The staff was very friendly. There was a fantastic little supermarket nearby for late-night snacks and refreshing drinks after a long, hot day at the beach. We were able to enjoy a quite clean pool area, which helped us relax completely.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The hotel is great.I Visited Kefalonia many times in the past and Avithos Resort was among the best hotels that me and my wife have tried not only in Kefalonia but in general the Greek Islands. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they arranged a car hire deal for us, wich made our staying comfortable in the sence that we could go round the island.Avithos Resort is located in the middle of the island, and very close to the capital. The pool was massive with good quality of water. The breakfast had great variety and had also fresh bread every morning. The room was spacious, and very quiet, ideal for relaxing holidays! I definetly recommend this hotel both for couples and families.I Will definitely book again!
Nothing at all, keep up the good work Avithos Resort.

The super nice team and really went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The gardens were kept beautifully, and the pool had plenty of sun beds for chilling.
The pillows could use a little upgrade to make sleep more comfy.

The breakfast was nice with jam, pastries and superb coffee to choose from. The room was spotless and recently refurbished; the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Even though everything was great, some of the staff were crazy.

A fresh breath of air in a magical resort!!!! What an amazing garden, colorful flowers everywhere , a beautiful welcoming swimming pool and all the surrounding area with that little extra touch. The rooms are spacious ,clean, and the staff is very friendly and ready to answer your questions. You can have snacks, delicious meals, refreshing cocktails or just be lazy on the sun lounges by the pool and relax the whole day. The nearest beach Avithos has golden sand and crystal clear water. Tavernas, mini market and a bar are with in walking distance. I do recommend hiring a car to visit all those beautiful sites that Kefalonia has to offer. I used Kokolis Rent a car , good cars and excellent prices. All rooms have a balconies overlooking the beautiful gardens and the swimming pool. Ideal for families and couples I loved it there!!!!!!!!!! I will be back.
Nothing at all...Everything was great. A great place

Very friendly and helpful staff. Picturesque setting and a very relaxing experience.

missingWrote a review on 02 Septclean poolspacious terracestaverna proximitybar pricing
The pool area is pristine with no leaves in sight. Proximity to local tavernas within a short stroll definitely adds to the convenience. The two spacious terraces in upgraded rooms provide a pleasant outdoor experience.
The Junior Suite felt a bit cramped for the price, not quite delivering the spacious experience expected. During peak times, the bar area got congested and the pricing inconsistencies were confusing. The bar food prices leaned towards the steep side compared to local spots, which might keep you from indulging more. There wasn't much sun protection on the main terrace, limiting its use during sunny days.

A lovely hotel with very good facilities and excellent, friendly staff. Set in a quiet peaceful area but with three good restaurants and a minimart with 10 minutes walk
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel or staff.
